Powerful diode-pumped laser amplifier with innovative reflector design
Description:
The compact Nd:YAG based amplifier module is an innovative solution based on modern tendencies for design and construction of amplifiers with flat geometry, and it is specifically designed for efective amplification of tiny solid state laser sources. The avantgarde design and technical realisation with applying of most novel materials and technologies allow reaching of technical parameters showing a very high degree of applicability and adequacy of the developed prototype for amplifying of tiny solid state laser sources.

Technical Characteristics:
- Compact size: 15 cm х 10 cm х 10 cm
- Pulsed or continuous side diode pumping
- Two configurations with three and five pumping diode lines respectively
- Overall pumping power up to 1.5 kW
- Possibility for using different by diameter (up to 8 mm) and composition active elements
- Design and construction of the reflector increasing the homogeneity and effectiveness of pumping
Applications:
- Effective amplification of laser sources with high pulse energy and kilohertz repetition rate
- Scaling of laser sources energies (with nanosecond and sub-nanosecond pulse duration)
- Possibility of additional scaling of the energy through realization of multi-step schemes with increasing cross section of the active media
