INVITATION CALL
For recruitment of Associated Partners as participants in a project
Centre of Competence of Bio-nanophotonics ”John Atanasov”, with leading organization “Sofia University Sveti Kliment Ohridski”, is seeking CANDIDATES for ASSOCIATE PARTNERS, according to official application rules for selection of project proposals procedure BG05M2ОP001-1.002 „Creation and Development of Centres of Competence”
The Centre will build scientific infrastructure and will conduct scientific activities within the thematic area of “Industry for healthy living and biotechnology“, in accordance with its priority fields, defined in the “Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization” (ISSS) of Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2020.
Eligible associated partners in accordance with the procedure, will be legal entities constituting an interested party with regard to the project realization and involved in the implementation of its activities without spending any grant funds.
The selection of the candidates will be conducted in accordance with the eligibility criteria specified in the official “Guidelines for Applicants” (PDF,1MB). All Candidates for Associate Partners should provide documents, certifying their competences and capacity as: I. “Scientific Research Organizations” or II.” Business Organizations”.
Period of the implementation: The period of the implementation of each project may not exceed 72 month, with starting date, the same as the Administrative Contract signing date, but not later than 31 December 2023.
Associated partners will be selected on the basis of an unconditional open, transparent and non-discriminatory procedure by applicants, supported by clear criteria of association. Associated partners may be included during the entire term of implementation of the grant award contract. The applicant will ensure public access to the call for selection of associated partners and the selection criteria by publishing an official letter in at least two public sources. Subject of evaluation will be Associated Partners who had been selected on the basis of unconditional open, transparent and non-discriminatory procedure and who had signed a partnership declaration with the applicant, for a minimum term of five years.
